WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON NEXT MONTH'S TONIC CRAFT KIT?

Where we'll keep you updated with all of the exciting kit contents coming soon.

Generally Kits are previewed on the 6/7th of each month, shipping then the first week of the following month.

I'VE ORDERED TWO KITS BY MISTAKE, CAN YOU HELP?

If you think you may have placed an additional order by mistake, email us at support@tonic-studios.com where we can cancel the duplicate order or update your order details.

DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE?

You do not need an account to proceed to checkout, as this can be done as a guest, however, in order to check the status of your order or to amend any subscriptions, you will need an account to gain access.

Setting up an account is simple and can be done following the placing of your order, at which time you'll receive an email requesting you ‘activate’ your account. Simply click the link in the email and choosing your password to create your account. Check your spam folder if you can see it in your in box.

You can also create an account using your Facebook account via our social login option.

CAN I LOGIN USING MY FACEBOOK OR GOOGLE ACCOUNT

Yes, to create an account you can use an email or use the login details for one of your favourite social media sites such as Facebook. For example, click the Facebook bar under the ‘Create account’ page and follow the instructions. From now on if you are logged into Facebook, you don’t need to login again to this site. At the checkout you will need to confirm your address but this will be saved for future use.

I WISH TO RETURN MY TONIC CRAFT KIT?

If you are unhappy or wish to return your Tonic Craft Kit, email us at support@tonic-studios.com with the reason for the return and we will arrange collection of your kit as soon as possible.

MY TONIC CRAFT KIT IS DAMAGED OR SOMETHING IS MISSING

If your Tonic Craft Kit arrives damaged or in an unusable condition or if a product from teh kit is missing, email us at support@tonic-studios.com as soon as possible with information on which items are affected and we'll have a replacement sent as soon as we can.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD / USERNAME, CAN YOU HELP?

If you are not using the social login and have used your email address to create an account, simply go to the link below and enter your email. Instructions on how to reset your details will be sent to that email address. If you still have issues, please contact us.

HOW TO CHECK/UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Once you have checked out AND created your account by activating it via the welcome email, you can login at any time and click ‘Account’ on the menu bar.


On the account screen, click on 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' under the ‘ACCOUNT DETAILS’ heading on the right hand side. On that page, you can make changes, amend payment details and cancel your subscription.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Once you have checked out AND created your account by activating it via the welcome email, you can login at any time and click ‘Account’ on the menu bar.

On the account screen click on '
MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' under the ‘ACCOUNT DETAILS’ heading on the right hand side. On that page, you can make changes, amend payment details and cancel the subscription. A confirmation will be sent to you by email - please ensure you receive this to make sure it has been processed correctly.

Once payment has been made, the subscription will be cancelled the following month

HOW DO I UPDATE/CHANGE MY PAYMENT DETAILS?

If you wish to update your payment details, login to your Tonic Craft Kit account and visit your subscription settings. There you will find an option to update your payment details.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We are expanding our shipping locations as we are asked by consumers. We always keep the postage fair and its a reduce cost of the actual shipping for subscription customers. Please check were for pricing info:

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You can amend your delivery address through your account be logging in and visiting the managing subscription section. We would need the address to be updated before the end of the month in order for us to process your order with the updated delivery address, for more information email us at support@tonic-studios.com

WHEN WILL MY KIT ARRIVE?

Kits are dispatched in the first week of each monht, then they should arrive with you seven days after dispatch. If your kit has not arrived within this timeframe, email us at support@tonic-studios.com and we'll do our best to help. Overseas deleiveries can take longer.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

You can purchase your Tonic Craft Kit using Visa/Credit/Apple Pay/Mastercard/American Express.  

WHEN WILL PAYMENT LEAVE MY ACCOUNT?

As a monthly subscriber, your first payment will be taken at the point of purchase. Payment will then leave your account at the end of each month that follows. Your subscription will then auto-renew each month without any need to resubscribe.

Quarterly subscribers will make a one-off payment for three months in advance at checkout. Your quarterly subscription will then auto-renew at the end of the fourth month as a single payment for the next quarter. Depending on your card issuer payment will be the last day of the month but may take 24 hours to show on your account. if payment has not been taken by the 2nd day of the month we will contact you.

HOW AM I CHARGED?

One-Off purchases are processed at the time of checkout, the product is then release at the beginning of the next month.

Monthly Subscriptions are take at the first time of checkout and then at the end of each month for the next kit. For example if you purchase on the 25th January, the next kit is release the first week of February and your next scheduled payment will go out in the last few days of February for the March release - and so on unless you cancel.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Managing your details is easy. To check which subscription you are on, to cancel your subscription, to check payments or invoices simply check your account page and click the 'Manage Subscription' text of the right hand side.

DO YOU HAVE ANY INSPIRATION?

With each launch we release step by step designs and makes from our team of inspirational crafters. Each kit has its own page on this website to collate all the wonderful designs they make and we will encourage other Kit owners to share on our Tonic Live Chat page to really get the most of out of it.

WHEN DO I GET THE KIT AND WHEN AM I CHARGED?

For the preview of the next kit we show its contents on the 6/7th of each month - and then released within the first week of the month after. So In Jabuary we woudl show the kit on the 7th Jan and ship to you on within the first week of Feburary.

You will receive and email wehn it has been dispatched form our facility.

Vault Kit FAQ's

ARE THE VAULT KITS COMPLETE?

Yes, the kits are complete as they would have been sold origonaly. All elements included.

DO I PAY POSTAGE ON VAULT KITS?

You will pay the normal postage rate for your country / subscription level. For UK customers this will be free P&P. For overseas customers please check HERE before paying.

CAN YOU BUY JUST THE DIE AND STAMP SETS?

No - each kit is sold complete as it was origonally.

ARE THE FREE GIFTS INCLUDED?

Yes - each kit is sold complete as it was origonally.

DO I HAVE TO BE A SUBSCRIBER

At this time - Yes, we are prioritising the subscribers as the stock is so limited.

CAN I CANCEL MY ONE OFF ORDER AND SUBSCRIBE?

Yes - We can refund you can cancel you one off order and you can then subscribe. Please go to the contact us page to contact us. Please note office hours are GMT 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE I DONT MISS OUT IN THE FUTURE

We realise that some people will be disappointed they cannot get previous kits and we do apologise in advance. The Vault makes a very limited amount of past kits available and to ensure you collect every kit please subscribe as this will guarantee you the next month. The kit is primarily a subscription service and we make quantities based on the subscribers we have. So there will never be an excessive amount of kits to put in the vault.
